An epic gallery is nothing less than what I expect from one of the artists at the Imaginary Friends Studio in Singapore, and that is exactly what he delivers.
Mr. Ken Lee has a great body of work in the traditional art department. His work is nothing short of amazing. Many of the subjects in his portraits are celebrities. He also shows photos of his works in progress.
Strongstuff has a very strong sense of design, as evidenced in his many vector ilustrations. Many of them are poster like designs, which are among my favorites. Not a few of his works feature figures from popular entertainment culture.
Yaya Han is an amazing cosplayer. No only does she put on the costumes and look good in them, but she also often does her own makeup and costume designs. How cool is that? < /p>
Whether its the seemingly simple (animation is rarely ever truly simple) works or the very complex Invader Zim/Haruhi fan work, Mikeinel's work is truly remarkable.
With incredible HDR photography, fractals, and stock, somadjinn is an example of a versatile artist. With the care that he takes in capturing his photos, one might find it hard to see that some of them are stock; yet this goes to show you that stock photography isn't just meaningless snapshots and never was. He is truly to be thanked for his generous spirit in sharing his artwork with us, and much more.
Lamenting Seraph has proven to be an artist that shows the ability to improve over a short period of time by drawing a lot. That's what it takes. I've enjoyed watching her work and she has inspired me. Plus, she is a Hakuba Saguru fan. Give her a gander.
Ever seen an image that you thought might be a black and white photograph? That is the thought I've had looking at some of toniart57's work. It is absolutely spectacular. In fact, beyond words. He has great technique and artistic vision. Not only is he skillful with graphite, but with paints as well. Visit his gallery without fail.
I really love vector art, particularly portraits. I think that it takes a lot of patience to make those pieces, but maybe its because I am not very skillful with the pen tool. However, I also like vector art that is fun and playful. Caramelaw's designs are very much like that. They are full of life, and that's why I enjoy them. Check out her colorful works.
One of the biggest sensations amongst cosplayers and otaku culture in general is Alodia. She seems to be doing very well for herself and keeping herself busy, now working for ANIMAX. Could an anime fan have more of a dream job? Well...I wouldn't want to be an ANIMATE...but I'm sure its fun. Not only is she a great cosplayer, but she is also good in the visual arts. Check out her work; it is top notch. In the future I hope to feature some of her sister's work as well. She is an artist in her own right herself.
I really like the art style and animations done by Zeurel. He seems to have quite the sense of humor, as displayed in these animations of several Pocket Monsters (Pokémon) as well as the titles he gave them. The Mudkip one is what led me to check out the rest of his gallery.
Fractal art has always made me think "wow," and FracFX's work is no exception. This type of work is very unique, and I can imagine that it probably isn't everyone's cup of tea. However, I think that most people will admit that it can be quite inspiring.
