COMMISSIONS

Fri Sep 4, 2009, 9:47 AM
For the time being I am only doing commissions in some tradition media (graphite, colored pencil, charcoal). However, I am not doing ink, watercolor, acrylic, or oil paintings at the moment.

I will do portraits based off good quality photographs. I mainly do humans, but animals are fine too; typically cats and dogs, but show me the image and I will see if I can work with it (fur can be time consuming and may be a determining factor on price or if I will accept the commissions). For now we will limit it to one subject per commission.

Guidelines
1. I reserve the right to accept or deny any commission.

2. Send me a note with information on the photo you want drawn and if the image is hosted on your site, link me; otherwise I will give you my email address and you can send me a good quality image to work with. I will also give you my PayPal account or address depending on your method of payment once a price is agreed to.

3. Preferred payment is through PayPal. However, I will allow money orders.

4. Prices include shipping within the United States. If you live outside of the United States, shipping charges may add to the price.

5. Half of the payment is sent to me in advance.

6. I will show a scan of the piece to you once I progress to a specific point. I will ask for your input on any reasonable adjustments. This is the time to make changes. Any cancellations at this point will end in a cancellation fee equal to the initial payment (which was already paid, so no worries). The next payment is due before I finish. There is no cancellation once I receive this payment and go on to finish.

5. Completion should be between 1-2 weeks.

6. Final artwork is signed by me. I reserve the right to use the piece in my portfolio.

7. The original artwork will be sent to you. You may not use it for commercial gain. If you wish to make copies of traditional art pieces for no profit, that is up to you. If you put it in your deviantArt gallery, please credit me as artist. Please do not post it in other online galleries, unless you contact me. I'd appreciate it and it shouldn't be a problem.

Information You Can Supply Me With So I Can Best Serve You:

1. Exactly what in the photograph you want and what you do not want. E.g. If it is a full figure in the original photo, but you only want a bust, let me know. If there is more than one person in the photo, who you want drawn. Keep in mind I am only doing figures presently, so backgrounds will not generally be done. Whether I do the background depends on what is involved, so let me know if you want it, and I will let you know if I can do it. If it will take a noticeable amount of time, it will cost more to add the background.

2. If you have a specific size and orientation (landscape/portrait) in mind for the paper, let me know. Otherwise I will use what I think best suits the image. I typically will not go over 11 X 17.

3. If there is a color range you want for the image/background.

4. For charcoal if its black on white paper, or white on black.

4. Any other information you think I may find helpful.

Prices (Ranges depend on the size/amount of detail/etc.)

As time goes on I may expand the range of subjects and media for commissions.

However, these will never be acceptable:
1. Hentai/Yuri/Yaoi/Pornography of any sort.
2. Explicit nudity.
3. Suggestive poses.
4. Images with hate messages directed at anyone.
5. Political messages.
6. Profane poses/language.

Hi!!!
Thank you very much for your comment to one of my pictures. I'm really happy!
Yeah, you're right. There will be nothing that can stop the trio of them and Conan (Shinichi). xD
I think that Subaru and Akai are good or best friends. But I'm sure that Okiya has an accomplice after I have seen File 702. :3 And I think that this accomplice is Akai...
Bye!
Ranma

That would be interesting. However, based on the early 700 arc, I think that the fake Akai is Bourbon and an old acquaintance of Akai. I think Okiya is Akai himself; explaining why there are so many similarities. But you never know; Aoyama-sensei could throw us a surprise. :)

Psst...I'm the random Gin cosplayer you saw : D

Greetings. It was cool seeing someone from the digital world in the real world, and even cooler finding out you turned out to be someone whose art I've looked at and commented on before. I know its cliche, but I guess its the prevailing "one truth": It's a small world after all. lol
:icontez-taylor:
Yeah, I'm the same way. One time I found someone on here that went to my school, he's now one of my better friends xD Thank you for the watch! I shall do the same :3

Well thank you. You deserve an Om nom nom nom nom nom nom yourself (I think...because om nom's are a good thing, right?) lol. Keep up the good artwork and collecting Conan volumes.

It means eating.

Eating is good.

Unless you have anorexia, than eating is bad. : (
